Remuneration
Each case is different, therefore the scope of services and their price are determined each time during the first meeting with the Client. Our Law Office deals with one-off cases as well as with regular legal service. The fee is stipulated in the agreement with the Client, pursuant to art. 16 par. 1 of the Act on the Bar of 26 May 1982 (Journal of Laws of 2009 no. 146, item 1188).
Legal advice
The cost of individual legal advice amount from PLN 190 (plus 23% VAT), depending on the duration and complexity of the advice.
The cost of legal advice provided online is paid in advance to the bank account of the Law Office. After the payment has been, made, the date of individual advice is established.

Civil cases
As far as the cost of representation in civil cases is concerned, the rate depends on the value of the dispute, the type and complexity of the case, and the advocate’s workload required. Additionally, the Regulation of the Minister of Justice on Fees for Advocate’s Services is applied in determining the remuneration:
- from PLN 500 – PLN 90
- from PLN 500 to PLN 1,500 – PLN 270
- rom PLN 1,500 to PLN 5,000 – PLN 900
- from PLN 5,000 to PLN 10,000 – PLN 1,800
- from PLN 10,000 to PLN 5,.000 – PLN 3,600
- from PLN 50,000 to PLN 200,000 – PLN 5,400
- from PLN 200,000 to PLN 2,000,000 – PLN 10,800
- from PLN 2,000,000 to PLN 5,000,000 – PLN 15,000
- over PLN 5,000,000 – PLN 25,000
Each rate is increased by value added tax (VAT) amounting to 23%. The Law Office is a VAT taxpayer and issues receipts or invoices.
- The advocate’s fee is paid in advance – in exceptional circumstances it can be paid in instalments or some part of the remuneration can be made dependent on the outcome of the case (bonus for success).
- If the case dealt with by our Law Office is handled by a court or an institution located outside Wrocław, we will receive reimbursement of the travelling expenses to the seat of a given authority.
- Service delivery date amounts to 5 business days of the delivery of a complete set of documents. If the service needs to be rendered in a shorter period of time, an express rate amounting to 50% of the agreed price will be charged.
- We also apply the remuneration system based on individual flat rates for a given case, the type of the case or monthly flat rates with limited hours.
- In the case of booking the date for the meeting and failure to appear, or cancelling it less than 7 days before the meeting, the costs will be charged as if the meeting took place.
