I handle divorce cases of various types. Whether the divorce involves an adjudication of guilt or by mutual consent, as an experienced attorney, I will listen to your story, present possible options and conduct the proceedings in such a manner that your arguments are taken into account by the Court to the utmost extent possible.

OF ASSETS

Joint assets can be divided in court or as part of a settlement agreement with the other party. In the situation of a consensual division of the assets of a marriage that is about to be dissolved by the court, it is advisable to negotiate the terms of divorce and division at the same time, aiming for a comprehensive agreement.

CUSTODY OF CHILDREN

The overriding principle of family proceedings is that of the welfare of the child. All, further arrangements concerning the child’s whereabouts, parental authority, contact and maintenance are subordinate to it. My work translates into how a post-divorce spousal parenting plan will work in practice. A plan that takes into account the welfare of the most important person – the child.

MAINTENANCE OBLIGATION

I offer assistance in all stages of proceedings. This ranges from pre-court mediation proceedings, which aim to reach an amicable agreement and work out a compromise between the parties, to court proceedings with collateral proceedings. In the absence of voluntary enforcement I also conduct enforcement proceedings.
